THE COMPANY
This UK based booking agency provides bespoke accommodation service for a range of high-profile clients. They provide their service across a range of sectors both UK based and overseas.
THE ROLE
Due to their solid client base and growing team they are now looking for a Booking Agent to join their team. You will have the chance to meet clients' expectations as well as build and maintain relationships, as well as source venues for delegates of up to 200pax.
Working within a small team responsible for:
Liaising with clients
Brief taking
Venue sourcing and booking
Negotiating fees
Pitching ideas to clients
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to attendees, suppliers and internal departments
Travelling on-site
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience of venue finding and a proven background in budget management and liaison is essential. Experience of working with high-profile clients would be beneficial also.
