THE COMPANY
Having gone from strength to strength this highly regarded technical production business are now the go to people for all things streamed / broadcast for virtual and hybrid events.
If it's big budget, multi-location global video streams with high production values this is the team you call.

They are experts in video production, but not only that they have developed their own system for delivering high quality video through a cloud based system, eliminating the streaming up / down risks and providing a rock steady centralised cloud location where all of the usual (vision mixing, show calling, GX etc.) experts can work together seamlessly!

With more and more agencies coming to them to deliver all of the video production for their hybrid and virtual events they are growing and there is now the opportunity for a Broadcast Producer / Project Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE
Working in a close knit team this role brings together both video and audio knowledge from live events, be that camera specification / operation and data mixing through the setup of audio.

The role of Producer / Project Manager is broad role and will see you on site, in a recording studio or liaising with presenters to help them set up and test webcams / microphones etc.!

Supporting in the smooth technical running of video streams for hybrid / streamed events, key duties include:

* Client contact
* Brief taking
* Liaising with internal teams
* Online content development
* Set up / operation of kit in studio / on site
* Operating live production platforms
* Live and on-demand webcast production
* Operating visual systems
* On-set camera operation, lighting management, audio recording
* Budget management
* Interviewing
* Post-production

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have experience working within a technical production / AV business with a strong knowledge of video / data mixing systems as well as good knowledge of audio within a live environment. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on technical as well as client facing.
