THE ROLE
This is a newly created position within a rapidly growing business to further develop on the success they have had recently - as face of the agency this role will be responsible for creating and realising the sales strategy - boosting sales and developing on-going relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a love for all things hair; fashion and beauty, enabling confidence and passion when seeking new clients in these sectors. Experience in event sales, production or experiential a must due to the event portfolio being so varied.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Taking the lead across new business including the strategic direction of the business
* Devising and implementing sales strategies to develop the sales pipeline
* Proactively sourcing brand new leads and identifying opportunities within the market
* Developing existing client relationships and accounts
* Carrying out meetings with clients to present credentials
* Preparing and leading on pitches and presentations
* Working closely with internal departments
* Working to mutually agreed sales targets
* Networking across the industry and attending industry events (often London)
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have strong and proven sales experience ideally from within an event/production agency environment however other events backgrounds may be considered. Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and hardworking individuals. Experience unearthing brand new leads and growing existing accounts are key for this role. We are also looking for team players who hold a positive and flexible approach and are able to live and breathe the brand.
