THE COMPANY

Our client is an industry leading full service live communications agency with over 15 years' experience within the industry!

Working with a mixture of end clients and agencies the events that they deliver are broad and range from small conferences to a full production of an awards ceremony for 2000 guests, to multi-location road shows and exhibitions; working both in the UK and Internationally.

Over the past 18 months they have pivoted from delivering in-person events to creating and delivering virtual and hybrid experiences for their clients and their audiences and stakeholders.

Now with live events coming back and the digital work still growing they are at the next stage of their journey and need an experienced Business Development Manager to join this growing team.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional BDM to work as part of the Sales & Marketing team securing new clients and opportunities within existing accounts with the support of a BDE.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking meetings with new clients
  • Following up leads
  • Providing thorough knowledge of services offered
  • Securing business appointments
  • Building relationships and networking
  • Researching new clients
  • Leading pitches
  • Achieving targets and meeting KPIs

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Experienced in pitching to large corporate clients
