Our client is a creative experiential agency who create and delivers a range of B2B and B2C projects. They are renowned for bringing their client's messages to life through their creativity and bright ideas delivering engaging and memorable experiences.

Producing and delivering a range of projects from experiential launches and activations to conferences for some of the world biggest and well-known brands throughout the UK and some overseas.

THE ROLE

As part of their expansion there is now an opportunity for a Client Development Director to join their team and take the lead across a wide range of exciting projects for some of the world biggest and well-known brands!

As the Client Development Director you will lead the strategy, insight and creative development process from initial brief to final presentation, attending key review meetings along the way. You will oversee a team and be hands on in every stage of delivery

* Client management at a senior level
* Taking the initial client brief
* Leading the team to create creative ways to engage with consumers
* Overseeing creation of the big idea
* Proposal writing and part of pitch team
* Central point of client contact
* Oversee all aspects of delivery
* Overseeing and manage junior resource and freelance support
* Budget management
* Strategically looking for new opportunities across accounts

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have similar experience within an experiential agency, combined with good client handling capability. We need a passionate event professional, a people person and team player who is credible and can lead by example.
