THE COMPANY

Working across a varied range of sectors including automotive and financial, this company have established a superb client base through the production of fantastic events! This company certainly have it all, with proven capabilities across a wide range of events including product launches, conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen attention to detail to join a growing production agency.

THE ROLE

Working alongside the production team, you will act as the central point for all incoming briefs.

Ensuring all relevant information is collected at brief stage
Driving the overall agency response
Leading the internal design, digital, creative and production teams
Leading the client pitch
Liaising with external resources
Negotiating the best possible value with suppliers
Ensuring proposals are on brief and budget
Allocating work within the team
Overseeing on all delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will either be a senior level Project Manager or Account Manager from within a technical supplier or a technical Production Manager from within an agency looking for more of a client facing, office based role.

By being involved in such a fast paced industry you need to be seen as a team player and have strong organisational skills. A broad background in / understanding of event production is a prerequisite!
