THE COMPANY

Our client is one of London's leading production agencies who service and manage their in-house contract for a prestigious luxury heritage venue, in the heart of London.

The high-end venue welcomes hundreds of corporate occasions, private events, festive celebrations and weddings every year.

As the in-house production supplier our client provides audio and visual solution using state of the art production equipment.

THE ROLE

As the Client Manager, you will work in-house, in partnership with the venue's sales team and their in house AV Manager. The overall objective will be to develop and nurture the relationship between the agency and the venue.

On a daily basis you will:

* Act as the production partner to the venue sales team liaising with end clients to take production briefs;
* Work collaboratively with the AV Manager to quote on AV/Production requirements;
* Upsell AV/Production solutions to increase production revenue.

On a longer on-going basis you will:

* Work strategically with the venue's sales team to develop business opportunities and improve ways of working to ensure client and end client satisfaction.

THE CANDIDATE

The role will suit a candidate working in a client-facing role in a production or event agency or a similar size venue.

The successful candidate is likely to be a proven client/account executive looking to step up to account management level, or alternatively an account manager seeking a new challenge.
