THE COMPANY

This well-established production agency are specialists in delivering full production services for a broad range of events including product launches, festivals, roadshows, gala dinners and ceremonies. Utilising their team of experts and in-house equipment they provide creative production solutions to enhance each event experience.

They are now looking for a Client Relationship Manage to join the team on an implant basis with one of their biggest and most important clients. Working with an array of blue chip brands you will be heading up client relationship management.

THE ROLE

As Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for upselling production services to existing and new clients as well as nurturing client relationships.

Your responsibilities will be broad and will include:

*Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Upselling production services
*Responding to incoming enquiries
*Managing key client relationships
*Taking a production brief and acting as central point of contact
*Developing technical solutions and concepts
*Pitching and presenting solutions back to the client
*Attending industry events to expand market knowledge
*Working closely with Project Managers and the wider team
*Managing the sales pipeline and providing reports to the team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be working within the event sector with proven experience of sales and client relationship management. We will consider candidates from varied backgrounds including agency, hotel/venue, event organiser, etc. however any technical production knowledge would be hugely advantageous. Most importantly we are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are keen to drive their career forward in a fantastic environment.
