COMPLIANCE MANAGER - EVENTS AGENCY
The opportunity to use your compliance and administrative skills for a global event company with a difference!
Delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale; this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of blue chip healthcare companies and they cover all areas of the events spectrum - in particular global conferences, live events and large scale production led events.
Due to growth, they are now recruiting for a Compliance Manager to assist the operations department with the transparency of their contracting and communication processes.
Working closely with the Event Project Managers, your core responsibilities will include;
*Liaising with internal and external colleagues and clients
*Creating and maintaining contracts
*Inputting accurate data using internal systems and Microsoft Excel
*Approving post event invoices
*Updating event budgets
*Reporting on the event planning status
*Reviewing consulting agreements
*Adhering to ABPI guidelines
The ideal candidate would have experience working within the pharmaceutical sector with an understanding of ABPI. The ability to work under pressure with excellent organisation skills is a requirement for this role.
