Due to business growth they are now recruiting for a Conference Co-ordinator to join the team working across a range of exciting conferences covering topics such as Engineering, Social Media, FMCG, HR and much more.
Key responsibilities includes;
* End to end management of conferences
* Onsite management at events
* Liaising with speakers, sponsors and delegates pre and post event
* Liaison with contractors, supplier, venues, show teams and exhibitors
* Create and proof read event collateral
* Liaison with event teams and venue managers
* Post event reporting and analysis
* General administration
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with excellent attention to detail and ideally at least one years' experience running conferences. You must be a confident communicator and be able to respond to delegates, sponsors and speakers in a professional way.
