RMG15975 - We are looking for a Conference Coordinator to join a boutique conference and exhibitions company based in West London.

THE COMPANY

This well established professional congress organiser have a solid base of experience and an unrivalled reputation for producing leading events across the healthcare sector. Working with over 300 clients they delivery a range of conferences and exhibitions across the year. Ranging in size these events often span multiple days with their largest event attracting over 2,000pax with over 100 exhibitors and speakers.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Conference Co-ordinator to come on board and join their close-knit team. This is a busy and varied role where you will work within the conference teams, focusing on administration of speakers, delegates and memberships and contributing to marketing.

Key responsibilities;

• Supporting the Conference Producer and Senior Conference Coordinator

• Attending client meetings when required

• Setting up and managing online database

• Processing payments

• Processing online delegate bookings including confirmation

• Sending delegates information

• Preparing on-site conference and exhibition material

• Chase on invoices and deal with invoicing queries

• Liaising with exhibitions, sponsor and suppliers

• Supporting on site at events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for the Conference Coordinator role, we are looking for candidates that have experience working within the event's industry - ideally from within a PCO / conference organiser of exhibition organiser background. You will have excellent verbal and communication skills and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Any knowledge of the pharmaceutical / healthcare sector would be an added benefit but is not essential.
