With Covid they switched (and thrived) into digital, building their own platform, creating award winning engagement that brought in new clients and grew existing.
Now with live events coming back, and the digital work still growing they are at the next stage of their journey, and need an experienced CD to join their team and push their creative even further, even faster.
Mentoring and developing a talented team of 2D, 3D and Digital Designers the Creative Director will be at the forefront of all new large scale projects. From taking the brief through to setting the overarching creative strategy / vision through to overseeing the delivery of creative.
With full autonomy the Creative Director can shape their own role and where time is spent, but general responsibilities include:
- Taking and deeply understanding the clients brief
- Developing overarching creative concepts
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team
- Pitching to clients
- Overseeing flawless creative design
Candidates should have agency experience where they will have worked across a wide variety of global brands. Live events experience is a must, although this could have been part of the wider marketing mix.
Equally important is the real desire and passion needed to help drive the creative to a new level within an already successful agency.
