THE ROLE

The company are now looking to bring an experienced Delegate Coordinator, to come on board to join their team working solely on the registration aspects of corporate events

Key responsibilities of the role will entail:

Managing delegate registrations using Cvent
On site event coordination
Managing and booking hotel rooms and transfers
Working very closely with the events team
Dealing with all aspects of delegate communications
Sending out joining instructions for events
Collating complex rooming lists
Ensuring incredible attention to detail to register high end delegates
Attending events to register delegates on-site
Putting together ground programmes where necessary
Managing multiple projects at one time

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be experienced in the delegate registration for complex and large scale events have ideally have used cvent, but this is not mandatory. You must be confident with a variety of systems.
