Now on the look out for a Delegate Coordinator to join their Delegate team, you will experience working across a fantastic portfolio of predominantly healthcare events including congresses, product launches, stand alones and advisory boards throughout the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Delegate registration (use of CRM systems)
*Preparing delegate packs and badges
*Creating delegate registration websites
*Setting up online registration system
*Managing delegate queries
*Liaising with third party suppliers
*Onsite management and reporting and registration
The ideal candidate will hold experience within delegate management along with working across a variety of events on site registering delegates. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of registration systems and a proficiency in IT with strong database skills being essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also key.
