THE ROLE

Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking a Delegate Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events within their healthcare portfolio. Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects responsibilities include:

All registration reporting including on-site registration
Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues
Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites
Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
Supporting with venue sourcing
Booking travel and accommodation
Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
Budget management including putting together costings
Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal applicant will have had previous experience of working within an event agency environment and ideally have proven experience of liaising directly with clients. Experience of using registration tools and systems is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Any exposure to venue sourcing or working on pharmaceutical events including symposiums, investigator meetings and advisory boards would be beneficial but is not essential for this role. Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
