Renowned for their hard work and exceptional event delivery, they have established an enviable client base across sectors including IT, telecoms and healthcare!

Due to continued growth and additional new business wins they are now looking for a Delegate Manager to come on board to work across a variety of large scale, complex events for a key healthcare client.

THE ROLE

As Delegate Manager you will be client facing and provide detailed delegate management across their full exciting events programme.

Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, responsibilities include:

• All registration reporting including on-site registration

• Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service

• Building content and frameworks for registration systems

• Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames

• Managing production of delegate packs

• Manage set-up onsite

• Overseeing post-event reports

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Delegate Manager will have proven experience of building and using registration tools and systems. As you will be working across large scale, complex events, the ideal candidate will need to have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills. Any experience of working across healthcare events would be beneficial.
