DELEGATE REGISTRATION MANAGER

This agency has gone from strength to strength since their first day in the back room of a house eight years ago. Fast forward to the present day and they now work with some of the biggest global brands out there, delivering a vast array of large scale experiential and internal events. With a flat structure and progressive management style this is a fantastic role where the successful candidate will be given the support and freedom to utilise their experience and be the face of the agency to many of their clients.
THE ROLE
With all of this success, the events team is now looking for an experienced Delegate Manager to solely manage the end to end registration process.
Managing and delivering all aspects of delegate logistics for projects, responsibilities include:
*Building content and frameworks for registration systems
*All registration reporting including on-site registration
*Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service
*Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
*Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project
*Manage the on site registration desk (both nationally and internationally)
THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will come from an event agency environment and have delegate registration experience using registration tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills
Candidates must be open to international and UK travel as onsite support is required as part of the role.
