With an event portfolio of 50 per year across the globe, this is a business that sees their people as the way for them to grow further and really invests to formulate pioneering events that give them the competitive edge. Strong in the manufacturing, auto, technology and healthcare sectors their proposition is simple - develop the content around long term business needs that won't be a flash in the pan

This business prides itself on having an amazing company culture and has grown to dizzy heights with no outside investment - they are unlike the hard sales hire and fire merry-go-round that can be synonymous with other commercial conference companies and intend to stay that way.


Having opened last year in London we are supporting their growth by recruiting a variety of sales roles including a Delegate Sales Manager. Tasked with attracting and securing senior manager and business executives for these fantastic events, the role will in essence be to research and generate sales

An overview of the role:

* Researching prospects and nurturing leads
* Building relationships with new and prospective customers
* Managing an independent sales cycle through to securing the deal
* Ensuring call targets and conversations with decision makers are maximised
* Attending events where applicable
* Achieving revenue targets per events and securing payments


Ideally with a degree in Event Management or similar, the perfect candidate will have a grounding in the industry and have a strong commercial focus to be able to step up into a sales role as full training will be provided (a proven track record in events and contract negotiation would be a minimum expectation). However the role is also open to candidates with proven delegate sales experience who are looking for a change in culture and a move towards a more quality led business

You will be highly motivated, articulate and sharp with the ability to keep your cool in times of chaos and fast paced environments. The earning opportunity is unlimited for this role and top performers in the business will earn upwards of £60,000 in a year.
