A fantastic opportunity to embark on your event career with a "boutique feel" events agency who work on a variety of corporate events for a strong portfolio of clients.

THE COMPANY

Based in the heart of the countryside, this agency has been going for 20 years and are a key player within their field. Delivering a broad range of events internationally and within sectors such as law and finance, projects here are broad and you will never have 2 days the same!

Retaining staff is one thing this agency are good at and with such a great family feel culture we can see why! Well known for their full end to end event management, this agency also offer their clients a pure venue finding and delegate registration service!

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth this agency is now looking for an Event Executive to join their team. You will be supporting on an array of projects working with a highly experienced team, learning from some key players in the industry.

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

*Taking initial enquiries
*Researching and sourcing venues
*Negotiating rates
*Producing proposals
*Liaising with clients and suppliers
*Gaining experience of in-house event software systems
*Maximising any opportunities for repeat business
*Assisting with pre- event logistics which will include registering delegates online
*Traveling to continue onsite support (UK and international)
*General administrative tasks when required

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for events and will be looking to kick start their career within the industry. Due to the office location this organisations offices are not accessible by public transport.
