THE ROLE

 

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Event Administrator to join their highly social and supportive team to deliver a broad portfolio of virtual events, with end-to-end involvement. The responsibilities of this role will include:

 

•          Providing end to end event planning support

•          Managing delegate registrations and enquiries

•          Dealing with key stakeholders including suppliers

•          Creating delegate and attendee packs and materials

•          Sourcing suppliers including venues and catering

•          Working closely with other members of the team

•          Supporting with event delivery onsite where necessary

•          Working across live and virtual events

•          Managing overall administrative duties for an event

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The ideal candidate will have a keen passion for the events industry ideally with an event management degree. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.  It would be very beneficial for candidates to have had some experience within the events sector however strong and proven administrative skills is the essential key skill we are seeking.
