We are calling all event agency specialists from Event / Senior Event Executive's through to Account / Senior Account Managers and Account Directors!

THE COMPANY

Working across sectors including cosmetics, pharmaceutical, IT and financial services to name a few, this agency are at the top of their game. Delivering truly exceptional events from conferences and launch events through to internal incentives - no two days are ever the same here! With a broad service offering including venue finding and delegate management through the full event management they boast an impressive list of well established clients!

THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success and business growth they are now looking to expand the team with several new hires. They are open to a variety of levels as long as candidates have a strong operational background and the drive to join one of the leading agencies.

Responsibilities will depend on the level of role but would include:

*Client management and account management
*Growing and developing accounts through relationships
*Venue sourcing throughout the UK and overseas for a range of events and meetings
*Coordinating and arranging site visits
*Creating proposals
*Delivering events end to end including full logistics
*Managing 3rd party suppliers
*Line management
*Onsite management
*Post-event reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have had experience working on events, either supporting on these or running these end to end. Experience of working within an event agency would be preferred but is not necessarily essential for the role. Most importantly however is someone who is passionate about events and has the drive and ambition to join a leading agency!
