THE COMPANY

The agency is a full service events, marketing and communications agency that delivers live events as part of wider marketing campaigns for an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients across sectors including automotive, telecoms and IT.

Events include large road shows, award ceremonies and experiential events through to large-scale conferences both in the UK and overseas. With in house design, creative, video, production and event logistics they are winning new accounts, growing existing clients and rapidly becoming a key agency to work for.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly organised events professional for a 3 month contract to start immediately!

Based at the client's site in Surrey you will work closely with the Event Manager across a range of exciting projects and events, providing full assistance and administrative support to the team, in all aspects of the events and enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Taking client enquiries

* Guest / delegate management

* Working to processes and timeframes

* Preparation of costing proposals

* Supplier management

* Confirmation of bookings

* Database management

* Event administration

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have worked within an event management agency or corporate environment previously, however if you are highly organised, have excellent attention to detail then we need you! The ability to multi-task, work to tight dead lines within a fast paced and demanding environment is essential for this role.

The role also has the potential to go perm for the right person!
