THE COMPANY

This leading event agency pride themselves on developing long standing client relationships and ensure that each event is delivered to the highest standard, whether that's conferences, exhibitions or golfing days based across the UK and overseas!

Due to increase demand, they are now looking to bring on board an Event Coordinator and deliver across predominantly their golf calendar of events! Working closely with corporate clients, these events can range from single events through to tours and even span overseas.

This opportunity will provide you with the chance to work across a unique portfolio of events and progress your career within a leading event agency.


THE ROLE

Working alongside a likeminded team of professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of all golfing events.

Overall responsibilities will include:

Client liaison
Delegate management
Venue liaison
Liaison with internal teams
Creating marketing content
Managing budgets
Supplier liaison


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate needs to have proven experience of coordinating events and have a genuine interest in/ knowledge of the golfing world. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects and work within a fast paced environment. Strong communications skills are a must, as is IT proficiency.
