THE COMPANY
With creativity at the heart of each project, this leading event agency pride themselves on developing long standing relationships with clients from sectors including FMCG, manufacturing and retail. This dynamic team ensure that each of their events are delivered to the highest standard, whether that's conferences, exhibitions or incentives.
Due to increase demand, they are now looking to bring on board an Event Coordinator to assist across their full spectrum of events. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, supporting across UK wide and international events.
This opportunity will provide you with the chance to work across a unique portfolio of events and progress your career within a leading event agency.
THE ROLE
Working within a close knit team, you will be responsible for supporting across the board, ensuring the smooth delivery of a wide mix of events.
Overall responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Client liaison
Venue sourcing
Delegate management
Supportin internal teams
Liaison with external stakeholders and suppliers
Managing budgets
On-site support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate needs to have proven experience of supporting across a varied mixture of events, preferably within an agency environment. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects and work within a fast paced environment. Strong communications skills are a must, as is IT proficiency.
