THE ROLE

With the business booming and a growing demand for the agency's services, they are looking to expand their passionate close-knit team leading to a new opportunity for an Event Coordinator to come on board.

The Event Coordinator role is broad and includes;

*Supporting on multiple projects simultaneously
*Delegate liaison and on site registration
*Processing delegate badges and packs
*Liaising with hotels including venue sourcing
*Logistical requirements including booking travel and accommodation
*Budget management
*Supporting the team on site

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must hold experience of working on events previously including event logistics (travel and accommodation booking). Candidates must have an eye for detail and strong administration skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for events and an eagerness to expand their skills and experience.
