THE ROLE

Due to the continued development of the company, there is now an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join the fun-loving team and work across various accounts.

This role will involve working across some of their largest pharmaceutical and financial accounts and duties will include:

*Client and delegate liaison
*Liaising with hotels and suppliers
*Coordinating and arranging site visits
*Registering delegates on site
*Booking travel and accommodation
*Budget management
*On-site support
*Administration support

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Coordinator role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. Candidates must be fluent in an European language along with English! We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with experience working within the events industry.
