Working across multiple sectors including automotive, energy and retail to name a few they deliver a broad range of events including product launches, press launches and conferences both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

They are currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis;

Overall responsibilities include:

*Supporting on proposal creation
*Supporting on budgets and quotations
*Managing timelines of projects
*Liaising with clients and suppliers
*Updating the database
*Sourcing event materials
*Booking travel and accommodation

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have events experience, ideally from an experiential agency and hold strong logistical experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, practically minded all-rounder looking for an exciting and challenging role - no two days will ever be the same!

The ideal candidate must be a team player with a proven track record in delivering all aspects of support for experiential/event projects.
