Holding 20 mass participation events per year, this company produce exciting runs, treks, obstacle courses, dog walks and everything in between - always promoting fitness, fun and fund raising.

THE ROLE

They are now seeking a self-motivated and outdoor loving individual to join their close knit team as the Event Coordinator. You will be responsible for event pre-planning and onsite delivery, taking full management of a small portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting on the delivery of all events
• Taking full management of a small portfolio of projects
• Managing client relationships
• Supplier negotiations and management
• Creating and compiling event materials and supporting documents
• Budget management
• Managing event storage areas
• Setting up events on site
• Working closely with course staff
• Onsite event management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working within event management and/or the charity sector. A passion for outdoor events and sports will be extremely beneficial, as well as have an energetic and can do attitude.
