This global events agency is seeking an Event Executive to support on one of their largest key accounts!

THE COMPANY

With a pedigree in delivering a host of large scale events on a truly global scale, this is the agency to work for! Their client base is the who's who of healthcare clients and they touch all areas of the events spectrum from small meetings to ad boards to global congresses and everything in between. Due to some exciting and on-going growth they are now seeking to grow the team with an Event Executive.

THE ROLE

This busy role for an Event Executive will involve working alongside the wider team to support on the sourcing and managing of speakers in relation to a broad variety of pharmaceutical projects.

The range of duties will include:

*Sourcing speakers and checking availability
*Managing the speaker contracting process
*Organising logistics including accommodation, travel and transfers for speakers/delegates
*Working closely with internal team members
*Liaising with external suppliers such as hotels, DMCs, etc.
*Working within healthcare compliance guidelines
*Processing expenses reimbursements
*Supporting on finances
*Assisting the wider team on projects outside the Speaker Bureau activities

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Executive role we are looking for candidates who have a strong passion for the events industry and the eagerness to build their career within an events agency. We will consider events graduates and/or candidates with a little experience working within the events industry. Candidates with strong administrative experience will also be considered.
