An exciting opportunity for an event specialist with logistics experience to join an award-winning full-service events agency where you will work with prestigious FTSE top 100 clients! This role is temporarily on hold, but the client has asked that we continue shortlisting candidates so they can move quickly to interview when it becomes live again,

Offering fully integrated services this agency specialises in event logistics, exhibitions, production, creative, digital and video. This agency work with a wide variety of clients across automotive, technology, financial, retail and telecoms sectors and deliver a range of projects including events, experiential, exhibitions, internal communications, digital and video.

THE ROLE

As an Event Logistics Manager you will be working across some of the most exciting events including conferences, roadshows, experiential campaigns, product launches and award ceremonies for a broad range of clients.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role you will be involved in;

Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Leading logistics projects to the highest of standards.
Overseeing the project during its lifecycle
Working with internal creative team
Adhering to tight timelines and budgets
Monitoring project progress
Understanding of on-line registration systems
Excellent knowledge of on-site logistics
Understanding of business and commercial targets
Identifying opportunities to maximise the commercial value of delegated projects
Supporting onsite when required

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Logistics Manager role you must have strong logistics experience preferably within an agency environment; integrated agency, events agency or production agency. We are looking for candidates that hold fantastic delegate management experience and can deliver highly complex logistical events on time and to a high standard.
