Now due to recent business wins, they are now seeking a Event Manager to join their team. You will be joining a world class event agency, and become a key part within the events team, delivering a host of high quality healthcare events ranging from product launches, stand alones, advisory boards and congresses throughout the globe.

THE ROLE

Within this role you will join a talented team and be fully responsible for the end to end delivery across global projects, ensuring exceptional standards time and time again.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Client liaison

  • Input into proposal writing and pitching

  • Liaising with the internal teams

  • Stakeholder liaison

  • Maintaining timelines

  • Budget management

  • On site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have proven experience of delivering events within a full service agency with exposure to working within the healthcare sector being highly desirable. What is key is the confidence to be client facing and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
