Unique opportunity for a talented Event Manager to become part of a creative agency

THE COMPANY

London based, this agency offer in-house capabilities across event production, PR and digital for predominantly luxury lifestyle brands. The team are talented in offering a unique approach in delivering exceptional events including international fashion shows, launches, lavish pop-up events and installations each as unique as the last.

They are now on the look out for a talented Event Manager who isn't afraid to think outside the box. Alongside managing the end-end event delivery across multiple projects, you will have the opportunity to utilise your creative capabilities and have full ownership in interpreting client briefs and developing inventive proposals.

THE ROLE

As Event Manager, you will join a close knit and hard working team who are experienced in delivering quality events for high-end brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison

• Interpreting client briefs

• Developing proposals and pitching

• Venue sourcing and management

• Working with in-house departments including PR and Creative

• Managing suppliers

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience in delivering live events within an agency environment. A background of working with luxury brands is highly desirable. Candidates must be confident client facing with the ability to create engaging proposals. Experience of working with Sketchup is also highly desirable.
