This exciting new opportunity is for a leading global communications marketing firm based in the thriving and bustling city of London. A strong team of over 500 people based in the London office as well as offices all over the world offer award winning creative communication programmes for a variety of high-profile brands in the technology, retail and energy sectors. Amongst their events department, the company deliver an array of global experiential campaigns as well as conferences, product launches and award dinners.

THE ROLE

Due to a demand in the agency's services and a busy season of events coming up, the need for an Event Manager to join the team is imminent.

Responsibilities include;

*Taking full responsibility of events from brief, pitch and through to delivery
*Delegate management and registration
*Venue sourcing and management
*Transport and logistics managements
*Managing and reporting on budgets
*Sourcing and managing 3rd party suppliers
*On-site management of events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered the candidate must hold strong operational and logistical experience from an event agency background. The candidate must have at least 2 years experience of running with events from brief stage through to on site delivery.
