They have invested heavily in their team and now have in house expertise across creative, production and event management which can create and deliver each event from the initial idea through to on site. THE ROLE

There is now the opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to join their team and take the lead across a wide range of large scales international events. Client facing, you will responsible for overseeing each project from the initial event concept through on on-site management.

Your overall responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison

• Interpreting initial client briefs and proposal writing

• Venue finding

• Managing full logistics including delegate management and registration as well as travel and accommodation booking

• Supplier liaison

• Budget management and reconciliation

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events, ideally within an agency environment however this isn't essential. The ability to manage and develop relationships is key but just as importantly we are looking for candidates with the ambition and motivation to take on this pivotal role within a growing agency!
