EVENT MANAGER
LONDON
Up to £32,000
THE AGENCY
This agency has gone from strength to strength since their first day in the back room of a house eight years ago. Fast forward to the present day and they now work with some of the biggest global brands out there, delivering a vast array of large scale experiential and internal events. A team of talented people, winning awards, gaining new clients and growing their services, all while still keeping their fantastic culture and creative approach - it doesn't get much better.
With all of this success there is now the opportunity for an Event Manager to work closely with the internal creative and marketing teams to delivery cutting edge corporate events across conferences, employee engagement and brand experience.
With a flat structure and progressive management style this is a fantastic role where the successful candidate will be given the support and freedom to utilise their experience and be the face of the agency to many of their clients.
THE ROLE
Having grown naturally through word of mouth the agency has a broad spread of clients and is delivering some fantastic work across a variety of sectors. They are now keen to bring on board an experienced Event Manager to join their small team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking the brief directly from the client
- Working closely with the internal creatives to develop initial ideas
- Delivery of the proposal to the client
- Liaising with suppliers
- End to end event management including venue sourcing, accommodation & transport booking, delegate registration
- On site management
- Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
This Event Manager will:
- Already work in an agency as an Event Manager, Project Manager or Account Manager
- Have proven experience with the full 360 event management, with corporate clients
- Have worked closely with creative teams (internal or external)
- Be an enthusiastic, personable and communicative individual.
