THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success and business growth they now have an exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to join their team and focus on the delivery of events across their client base. With events including product launches, conferences and incentives responsibilities will be broad and include:

• End to end event management

• Client liaison

• Assisting with proposals and pitching

• Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

• Internal team liaison and coordination

• Supplier management

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have agency experience in addition to a proven background of delivering events end to end including full logistics and budget management. Candidates should ideally have had exposure to working on a range of events including product launches, incentives and conferences. Any experience of working on international events would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and be used to working in an extremely fast paced, busy agency environment.
