THE ROLE

Due to continued success and growth there is now an opportunity for a strong Event Manager to come on board deliver a range of events for one of their key clients. A broad role responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for the client

• Supporting with the creation of proposals

• End to end event delivery including full logistics

• Overseeing all elements including delegate management and communication

• Working closely with internal teams

• Supplier management and negotiation

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have agency experience in addition to a proven background of delivering events end to end including full logistics and budget management. Candidates should ideally have had exposure to international events and any exposure to the technology sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Any exposure to managing accounts and being the main point of contact would also be highly desirable.
