THE ROLE

Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity for an Event Manager to come on board and lead across a range of events and clients. Responsibilities include:

• Creating, planning and delivering large-scale live events across the year
• Proposal creation and pitch
• Full logistics including delegate management and travel and accommodation booking
• Supplier liaison and negotiation
• Briefing and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
• Budget management and reconciliation
• Client management
• On-site event management
• Post event reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel and events industry and a desire to work for one of the leading agencies! A background of working within an event agency is essential, including exposure to the end to end management of events. Experience on working on incentives and strong client facing skills are desirable.

You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to perform well under pressure. Any additional languages will be beneficial but not essential.
