Calling all Events Managers…My client is looking for an enthusiastic Event Manager to come on board and take the lead on two of their most prestigious events, working with some very high profile venues and clients!

THE COMPANY

Renowned for developing and managing award winning events such as; conferences, award ceremonies, exhibitions and gala dinners, this growing event's company pride themselves on producing flawless events. Due to their success, they have developed a strong client base across a range of markets and need an Events Manager to come in and work with their close knit, well established team. You will have key involvement across their full event programme from initial stages through to travelling on-site

THE ROLE

Based within their Events team, your role will take on the following responsibilities;

Taking client briefs and managing the process
Working closely with internal teams such as production and marketing
Sourcing venues across the UK and Europe
Liaising with suppliers and sponsorships
Managing and taking the lead on two large scale events
Managing client relationships
Producing onsite information including staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floorplans etc.

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will need to have clear experience of working across a mixture of both conferences and award ceremonies. Due to their increasing events programme, candidates must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time.
