THE ROLE

Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins they are now looking for an Event Manager join their passionate team. Working on a range of projects responsibilities will include:

• Creating, planning and delivering events across the year
• Initial brief taking and proposal writing
• Venue sourcing and selection including site visits
• Full logistics including delegate registration
• Supplier management and negotiation
• Managing and maintaining client relationships
• On site management
• Budget management and reconciliation
• Supporting Event Executives

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from an agency and have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including conferences, incentives and product launches and ideally have had experience of working on international projects. Candidates should also have a wide knowledge of UK and International MICE venues and destinations as well as a strong commercial awareness and proven experience of budget management and working with automotive clients. Due to their location and the onsite event support required it is essential that candidates drive and have access to their own vehicle.
