RMG15490 - We are looking for an Events Manager to join a global events agency based in SW London and play a key role in the planning and delivery of a variety of events.

THE ROLE

Due to their on-going successes and ever growing events portfolio, there is a now an opportunity for an Events Manager to join their close-knit events team.

You will be working across a number of key client accounts to take responsibility for the full event management of events from brief through to delivery including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, dinners and roadshows throughout the UK and overseas,

As an Events Manager your key responsibility will include;

• Building and developing client relationships
• Taking full responsibility for full end to end events management
• Preparing proposals and costings
• Briefing and managing internal teams including design
• Managing full event logistics including travel and accommodation booking
• Selecting and managing suppliers including venues, DMC's, AV and catering
• Stakeholder management including speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison
• Budget management
• Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Events Manager role we are looking for candidate that come from an events agency background where you have managed events from start to finish, including the budget. If you have worked with clients within the technology sector this would be advantageous.
