We are looking for an Event Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Team of a luxury, global real estate company.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a luxury real estate company; having been established since 2005 they have offices on a global basis and manage an incredible portfolio of projects to date. As a premier global real estate company they work with a broad variety of stakeholders to design and build worldwide real estate developments to allow the community to thrive!

They are currently looking for an Event Manager to join their tight knit Sales & Marketing team through which they deliver a wide range of events including sponsorship activations, launch and press events and smaller networking and private dining events.

THE ROLE

As Event Manager you will be responsible for managing the creative process and roll out of a broad portfolio of projects (80%) and providing general PA and administration support to the wider team (20%).

Your responsibilities will include:

*Taking ownership of the delivery of all event activations both onsite and offsite
*Building partnerships with peer brands and other key stakeholders
*Maintaining project timelines and deadlines throughout
*Preparing creative briefs for brand collateral
*Managing guest lists and attendee communications
*Overseeing suppliers and external agencies/contractors
*Creating and managing event budgets and invoicing
*Attending events to manage suppliers and oversee execution
*Preparing post-event reports for analysis
*Providing general PA support to the senior marketing team

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who have experience delivering event projects from within an in-house, agency or venue environment. The ability to manage a busy schedule of projects is key to be considered for this role. Any experience within the real estate sector, working within a luxury professional environment or partnership / sponsorship delivery would be beneficial but is not essential.
