THE ROLE
Due to an increase in business both from existing accounts and additional wins they are now looking for an Event Manager join their passionate incentives team. Working on a range of projects responsibilities will include:
Creating, planning and delivering events across the year
Brief taking and proposal creation, including full costings
Undertaking FAM trips where necessary
Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Delegate management and registration
Supplier and DMC liaison, negotiation and management
On site management
Budget management and reconciliation
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience within an event agency, delivering events from end to end from initial brief through to reconciliation and must have worked on international incentives previously. It is essential that candidates have extensive knowledge of overseas venues and due to the office location candidates must drive and have access to their own vehicle.
