THE COMPANY

This boutique agency has built up a fantastic reputation in the industry through the delivery of high quality events both across the UK and internationally. Focused predominantly on sectors including pharmaceutical and technology, events range from product launches, international incentives and symposiums through to award ceremonies, advisory boards and everything in between!

Having invested heavily across the team they have in house expertise across creative, production and event management which they utilise to create and deliver each event from the initial idea through to on site management. They are a close-knit team where every opinion is valued and every team member is empowered and developed to their potential - like minded people delivering complex and innovative events and enjoying every moment!

THE ROLE

Due to continued wins and a busy events calendar there is now the need to bring on an additional Event / Senior Event Manager to take the lead to a variety of events. Working within their passionate and dedicated events team this will be a broad role with responsibilities including:

* Managing a variety of events end to end
* Client management and liaison
* Interpreting initial client briefs and proposal writing
* Venue finding
* Managing full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
* Delegate management and registration
* Supplier and DMC liaison and negotiation
* Budget management and reconciliation
* On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events, ideally gained within an agency environment however this isn't essential. Candidates must have a proven background in the end to end management of events including managing all elements including full logistics, delegate management and registration. Candidates must have a strong commercial awareness and a strong destination knowledge. Any experience of working with clients within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector would be highly advantageous!
