Their portfolio of events is equally as broad and range from conferences, product launches and award ceremonies through to large scale exhibitions based across the UK and overseas.

Now looking to expand their events team, there is now the opportunity to expand their team with either an Event Manager or Senior Event Manager. This will provide the right candidate with a great way of developing your career within a company that offers such a diverse range of event solutions. THE ROLE

At either levels, the role will be broad and will involve end-end management of events both in the UK and overseas. Your duties will include:

• Client management

• Full logistics from initial proposal through to post-event reconciliation

• Venue sourcing

• Management of all supplier and venue relationships

• Coordinating with internal teams

• Budget management

• On-site management

• Management of all event systems and procedures, ensuring timelines are set for each event, ensuring always that each event is handled to the highest quality both our client and their clients demand

THE CANDIDATE

Agency experience is highly desirable although not essential. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have clear experience providing end to end management across various events based UK wide and overseas. Candidates need to have the ability to be strong client facing and manage multiple projects at one time. Those at the senior level will need to show the capabilities of managing complex projects and overseeing junior team members.
