Covering a variety of sectors including IT, pharmaceutical/ healthcare and financial services they deliver outstanding events across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success, there is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to join the team, delivering a variety of events across the UK and Overseas! Providing end to end management, key responsibilities include:

*Taking full detailed client brief
*Sourcing venues (UK and Overseas)
*Managing budgets
*Negotiating best price with suppliers
*Full logistics
*Undertake site inspections
*Completing risk assessments
*Create onsite documentation for colleagues, suppliers and clients
*Onsite management
*Full financial reconsolidation


THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must come from an event agency and have a strong background in delivering a variety of events including full logistics and budget management. Candidates will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability providing end to end event management. A foreign language is desirable but not essential.
