With internal teams including digital, production and creative their collaborative UK based team are consistently pushing boundaries to provide global solutions to their clients across hybrid and virtual projects.

 

A premium player in the events market, this agency have a fantastic reputation for delivering award winning large-scale events for global clients. Events range from large scale expo style events through to promotional road shows, experiential events, conferences, launch events, exhibitions and everything in-between.

 

THE ROLE

 

As Event Operations & Portfolio Manager, you will be integral to the delivery of a complex and exciting programme of B2B events. Working closely with the Account Director you will be a fundamental pillar in the team with responsibilities including:      

 

•          Responsibility for overall quality control of output across the account

•          Briefing internal delivery and support teams

•          Monitoring project progress from briefing stages through to live execution

•          Attending meetings throughout with internal teams and the client

•          Creating and tracking project schedules

•          Monitoring required project changes and ensuring effective response

•          Holding accountability for all internal stakeholder briefings and management

•          Implementing efficiency processes for successful delivery across the account

•          Managing resourcing across the account

•          Driving pricing, costings and budgets to ensure commercial success

 

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

The successful candidate will be an experienced event professional with the ability to oversee and drive the implementation of a busy and complex portfolio of B2B event projects. We are looking for individuals who have exceptional management experience as well as very strong financial acumen. Candidates from an event agency or conference organiser background would be preferential however corporate and association backgrounds may also be considered.
