Based in West London our client is a well-established and reputable communications business who work with a large number of blue chip clients!

With a broad depth of work from traditional live events to designing and building multi-room customer collaboration centres they are a highly creative agency that delivers every aspect of the event from brief through to onsite.

With in-house design, video, graphic presentations and technical - they are a one-stop shop!

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Event Producer to help coordinate and oversee a range of projects from fitting out physical spaces to delivering live events.

The role will work across a broad range of projects from exhibitions, experiential events and in store retail fit outs.

Key responsibilities;

* Liaising with clients and taking their brief
* Managing projects from initial brief through to delivery
* Managing budgets
* Briefing and managing internal teams
* Oversee content creation
* Scheduling build times and managing the build process
* Managing external suppliers
* Managing projects on-site
* CAD understanding

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a background in experiential events, exhibitions, retail fit-outs, live events and have a good understanding of construction materials and finishes. If you have experience with AutoCAD this would be advantageous!
