With offices stretched across the globe, this award winning marketing and medical communications agency work with top biopharmaceutical and life science clients!

Offering a broad range of services including engaging and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals on a range of topics such as pre-launch medical communications, publication planning and ad boards, through to clinical trial communications such as investigator meetings and digital solutions.

They are now on the look out for an Event Producer to join their dedicated team and have key responsibility across the design and delivery of their global events.

THE ROLE

As Event Producer you will work closely with a variation of clients and alongside internal teams, developing innovative concepts to ensure clear audience engagement.

Overall responsibilities will include

• Client liaison

• Key part in taking initial brief from client

• Overseeing agency's response to brief including proposal writing and pitching

• Creating event content

• Coordinating with internal suppliers

• Supplier management

• Budget management

• Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must working at a similar level capacity as Event Producer, working across a variation of global projects. Candidates must be confident client facing and have proven background of leading agency response on briefs and pitching. A key requirement is the ability to manage a team and oversee internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of the client's message.
