THE ROLE
As part of their close knit team you will play a key role in their production function, supporting across a variety of activities that include:

• Supporting the production manager on a range of projects
• Managing and booking freelance crews
• Sourcing, briefing and booking a range of external suppliers
• Managing production team diaries
• Acting as a Studio Manager for their brand new studio
• Collating and sending out technical kit and equipment
• Supporting in scheduling and timelines
• Liaising with internal teams
• Collating broadcast content and passing to technical teams
• Onsite management/ supporting with live and virtual events

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will ideally have experience working as a Production Assistant within either an event agency or a broadcast & video orientated creative agency. It is essential this candidate has superior organisational skills and is comfortable juggling many tasks at one time.
